The adidas Crazy 1 aka Kobe 1 is definitely a head turner. That's because of the silhouette's controversial build, as so often the pair has been praised and discouraged for its beefy design. Now, the model has made its fourth offering of the year after adidas released a yellow and grey variant as well as the "Stormtrooper".

A vibrant purple completely envelops the rugged upper, which is partially made of recycled materials. While it's not official, the look of the adidas Crazy 1 "Regal Purple" is reminiscent of the LA Lakers' purple away jerseys, with yellow details to enhance it.

Moving up, black "Core Black" details then make their way onto the collar, lining, and eyelets, while the midsole shimmers in silver. Additional pitch black accents are also added to the herringbone tread and rubber heel counter.

The official images of the adidas Crazy 1 "Regal Purple" have already been released. So, the sneakers will probably be released soon. According to insiders, they will drop later this year.
