Boasting a perfect 9-0 record, Team USA blew by the competition and defeated Turkey in the Championship game to win the gold medal for the first time since 1994. USA’s FIBA record has been disappointing at the very least; with rosters filled with NBA Stars, Team USA placed 6th and 3rd in 2002 and 2006 respectively and revealed a chink in the American armor. The 2010 Team USA Roster was led by Kevin Durant and his teammates, who complemented his scoring acumen with rebounding, passing, and defense, came together to redeem the red, white, and blue on the FIBA stage.
