Converse – ‘The Procession’

Before there was Penny, LeBron, Kobe, and even Michael Jordan, there was Julius Erving and his body-bending, arm-twisting, joint-stretching aerial dunks, and we all remember his Converse digs as well. Converse now presents ‘The Procession’, a ritualistic Gar celebrating the basketball classic with Dr. J as well as other notable curators of the sport, like streetball legend God Shammgod, Puerto Rican point-guard Carlos Arroyo, and celebrity baller Jim Jones, honoring the persevering classic and reintroducing the Converse Star Player Evo to the current generation of basketball alongside other notable Converse athletes, like Kenny Anderson and Sammy Baca of Converse Skate. The minute-long video, directed by Antoine Fuqua, will debut on Sunday in prime-time networks chuck as Fox, BET, TNT, and others, so check out the gallery of images as well as the complete video after the jump and let us know what you think.
