It’s quite clear that while the ‘Bordeaux’ nickname given to this colorway is understandable, the actual OG doesn’t reflect well in the color-blocking scheme on this upcoming Spiz’ike colorway. Truth is, the rainbow of colors seen here (two tones of grey, Varsity Maize, Sapphire Blue, Varsity Red) only works well when concentrated at one point (like the tongue, for they), but when spaced out in the manner seen with the Jordan Spiz’ike, you have a completely different colorway, as made evident once again in this most recent viewing courtesy of kicks-lab. Take note of the official color designation and you won’t even see ‘Bordeaux’, which in truth is a darker, more velvety shade of red. For Spiz’ike fans, these are definitely a nice colorway on its own so if like what you see and can’t wait until February, cop a pair months in advance on eBay.
