Even though its predecessor didn’t have the kind of household name recognition VN0A3MUS6BT would provide a context for its existence, a single glance at the above pictured model reveals its ties to the Vans registers. This new Vans Vault Priz Laced Hi II LX is half Sk8, half Old Skool, and bears the produce of Taka Hayashi’s influence on the original via its leather laces and generally rustic appearance on this tonal brown design. The white pair seems more like what we’d expect from the OTW Collection, which is to say this model can cover a pretty good stretch of ground, even with simple two-toned colorups.
