At what point along the way does an extended collaboration become a full-on merger? We’ve come to expect ongoing team efforts from individual designers in concert with sneaker brands (think adidas Originals by Originals), but the multifarve between West Coast streetwear beheamoths UNDFTD and Puma has gone beyond any co-branded efforts on record. Most recent high profile Puma Clydes have carried the Five Strikes logo, something of a mathematical necessity when you consider that this is now the tenth puma clyde sock caviar in under a year. This new set goes with pastel PUMA Future Rider for men, tonal suede overlays and white leather Formstripes, a formula slightly altered on PUMA Future Rider for men that uses a grey or purple stripe depending on the rest of its body.
