What started in March 2011 as a heartwarming piece of Urlfreeze News has become an annual tradition as vans AnimalDeco readies for the 2013 vans AnimalDeco X Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Sk8-Hi Women's Boots. The winning school of this competition whose registration ends February 11th will earn the same prize that Rio Rancho High School won last year: a $50,000 grand prize and retail distribution on their winning designs. The New Mexico school won by adding local inspiration to their designs, and you can see the Rio Rancho x vans AnimalDeco Sk8-Hi, Authentic, Slip-On and 106 Vulc slated for a March release after the jump below.
