Do-it-all sneaker SKPAT Revive has steadily impressed us with his restorations and sole-swaps of the bulkiest of vintage Nike Basketball shoes, but today we’re hit one of the most luxurious projects to ever grace the Urlfreeze News front page – this Cole Haan Lunargrand Wingtip. The concept behind this one is a historical tribute to the company, with “1928” featured on the upper to call out the brand’s inaugural year, with other 1900’s vintage-inspired cues to commentary Cole Haan’s legendary position in the high-end footwear industry. The floral and ornamental graphics are details typically found in old Singer sewing machines, which achieves a great “old meets new” approach when juxtaposed with the futuristic Lunar outsole. Definitely a treat for the older sneakerheads who have made the seamless transition into the Lunargrand, so check out the gallery below and let us know what you think.
