UPDATE: Click here for confirmed Air Jordan restock info for Memorial Day Weekend 2013.
The topic of sneaker restocks stirred up quite the conversation during our Jordan Dri-Fit Air 3 4 Ανδρικό Κολάν για a few weeks back, but it looks like the With is about to explode yet again as a major restock of various Air Jordan Retro releases might be in the works. Already confirmed for a re-release on May 25th (Memorial Day) by retailers is the Air Jordan III Retro ’88 and Air Jordan IV “Thunder” (Finishline only), but according to kamuekcmo on NT, some other notable Air Jordan Retros from 2012/2013 might make a return as well; shoes like the Air Jordan XI “Bred”, Air Jordan IV “White/Cement”, the Air Jordan V “Grape” (scheduled for a re-release on 6/1 alongside the Black Grapes), and even quite possibly some Foamposites (Fighter Jets, Stealths, Polarized Pink) may potentially return among a slew of other Air Jordans.
Now that we know the date of when this may happen, some of you may be wondering why; this major restock may be a means for Nike/Jordan Brand to boost its annual (or more specifically – quarterly) sales numbers as the current Nike Inc. fiscal quarter began on March 1st and ends on May 31st. Obviously this is good news for anyone who missed out on some of these major Air Jordan releases that have since passed (whether due to a low number of available stock or a lack of funds), so the question is – is an “official release date” all that important anymore if these restocks become a trend of sorts, especially since it’s happened a few times in 2013? We’ll keep you updated on this potential mass restock which is currently projected to go down on May 25th (remember, the Retro ’88s and Thunders are already confirmed for that date), so let us know what your thoughts are on this event and we’ll update this list when official confirmations from retailers are announced.
