The Curry One’s upper debuts Anafoam, Under Armour’s new EVA foam and mesh combination that’s molded together and anatomically fits essential pressure points. The result is a lightweight, breathable upper that offers plenty of comfort and support.
SC30 Logo
Each colorway of the Curry One features the unique “SC30” logo, which can be read as either SC or 30, or both. In an era where athlete branding is key, Curry’s insignia is among the best.
Signature Details
The “Home” and “Away” colorways both feature the quote often found written by Curry himself in marker on his shoes, “I CAN DO ALL THINGS”, on the inside of the tongue. The lace loop at the bottom of each tongue has “4:13” representing Stephen’s favorite Bible verse, Philippians 4:13 which reads, “I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” With even more special detailing, the lace tips on the home and away pairs feature “MMTB” for “Make My Team Better” and “LEAD”.
Outsoles Were Originally Going to Say “Davidson”
As a nod to his alma mater, Curry’s shoe was originally going to “Davidson” on each outsole, but since Davidson College is a Nike-sponsored school, the text was removed.
