Ever since the string of terrible releases in 2013, Nike Foamposites have been in dire need of a revival. Things have taken a turn for the better recently, with upcoming drops like the gum-soled beauties and olive workboot joints creating some positive day for the iconic silhouette. There’s nothing like a solid re-release of a memorable shoe that’ll get the energy going, so after we learned of a re-issue of the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Dr. Doom” for next year, the excitement certainly started to build up. Today, we get a first look at some samples of this 2006 release that released alongside the Air Max 90, Air Max 95, Air Force 1 Low, and Dunk High as part of the “Fantastic Four” Pack; this simple black/white colorway with white lining and outsoles has been one of the most revered Foam Pros in history (even if they hit clearance racks at a number of cities), so there’s no need to reiterate just how big the 2016 release will be. Get a look below (note: the above on-foot photo is the original explanation) and stay authentic for a release date.
