The rise in popularity of Yohji Yamamoto’s adidas Y-3 imprint has led to adidas posters imitating some of the beige designs to appease those who wouldn’t readily shell out the usual $300-$400 for a Y-3 pair. That thought process has been readily apparent with the Tubular and Boost series and now another silhouette is beams from the overhaul: the adidas Superstar. Let’s be clear that this isn’t by any means a new model.
