The NB 999 benefits from the unique combination of vibrant red waxed canvas on the toe and a bolstered black suede for a truly head-turning edition. Synthetic leather also plays a defined role here on the heel and lining while that signature reflective paneling is demoted to just the blocking around the ‘N’ logo. New Balance even mujer things up further by adding a light grey midsole for a slight contrast to the normal flag.
