Earlier today, Lonzo Ball broke the internet with a hilarious and very self-aware cameo on a Foot Locker ad, indirectly poking fun at his father Lavar’s antics over the course of the year. Lavar is attempting to get in on the conversation by announcing that pre-orders for his son’s signature shoe, the Boots Pepe Menargues, will no longer be available for pre-order after June 22nd. For the uninformed, the ZO2 is an independently manufactured shoe is priced at $495 for the pre-order, with shipment of the shoes not starting until later this November. That’s it, folks: better get your pre-orders in now. If you’re not interested, check out the Foot Locker ad with Lonzo here.
