adidas is ready to release its first-ever Boost You Wear sneaker this weekend in the form of the black/white LVL-1 basketball sneaker, but that’s only the start of this remixed cushioning unit built off the brand’s mid-late 90s creation. Pharrell took to Instagram to reveal a new BYW model that features wild rasta-inspired colors with a dream upper and the bulbous Boost-laden cushioning unit, and it might release in February at adidas’ 747 Warehouse St. event that’s taking place during All-Star Weekend.
Boost You Wear is an extension of Feet You Wear, a cushioning system that debuted in the mid-1990s; it is instantly recycle for its chunky design. adidas has added Boost foam cushioning to re-tell the story, and it is expected to have slow presence in 2018.
