Kyrie Irving’s latest Kyrie 4 design has been revealed, and its pays homage to the Year of the Monkey – representative of the year Irving was born, 1992. Dressed up primarily in black, its rear panelling features a textured jungle design that furthers the tribute. Its most significant design feature comes on the tongue, as two monkey silhouettes can be seen interacting with Irving’s signature “KI” logo – wrapped around it like a tree. A colorful outsole that matches the tongues finishes off the look, and comes up a bit onto the midsole by way of the sneaker’s customary shark teeth. Pairs are currently available at Nike retailers in Hong Kong, with no information available regarding a potential US release. Enjoy an in-depth look below and stay tuned for updates.
