After putting Pendleton fabrications on rest for the better part of the last half of the year, Beaverton has reunited with its neighborly woolen mill though now along their classic Jumpman silhouettes. Seeing to Presto IDs back in the day and then more recently fashion up the PG 2.5, the Air Jordan 8s teased all the way back in April are finally coming to the surface as a continuation of the N7 collection. As is expected, the pair is a half/half mixture of neutral fabrications with its more standout features showcasing the loud patterning of the collaborator’s signature masterworks. Hits along the rear and what looks to be the rest of the overlays bear a sturdy h86 texture, though its finish is more akin to roughout than what is usually expected. Straps, however, are by and large more ordinary by comparison, taking on a slightly lighter gray shaded with “AIR JORDAN” set atop in inaudible lettering. The textile institution’s branding sits just below in tab form, only millimeters away from the knit mixture of off-whites, blues, and oranges: a mixture that just barely resembles Aztec motifs. Grab a quick look at the latest entry into this long-running collaboration here and keep it locked for word on their official Nike.com release.
