Celebrating the occasion with more than a few Protect — the most recent being a collaboration with Tom & Jerry — the Boston-based imprint is now proffering two designs of heavy vintage influence. As both are almost entirely glazed in a cream white, their more minute details are tasked with setting each apart: one topping its base with accents of a dark navy and the other opting for a more minimal coloring with an extremely subtle tab of green planted along the side. Elsewhere, tongue patches denote the event, color code, and model number, while attached metallic adornments boast a festive Athlete on a prized medal.
