After setting sail with the Pyro silhouette more than a year ago, Adsum is finally prepared to ground themselves in yet another collaboration with Reebok, the Brooklyn-based imprint now setting its sights on the iconic Club C Revenge Plus.
Though seemingly doused in mud, the offering doesn’t stray too far from the original design of the silhouette. Kept minimal as is perfect for Adsum’s aesthetic, the upper is simply palette swapped from the more classic Triple White to a more widespread arrangement of deep earth tone browns. Alongside, the brand has evoked connection to the gum soles of the 70s and 80s as their pair’s bottom arrives outfitted with a subtle semi-translucent rubber, one hued away from the light tan and kept low profile in dark grey. And alongside branded debossing, custom dark, and extra insoles, the construction nods to the aforementioned Pyro through the same suede spec and interior logos.
