At the forefront of Nike Basketball’s retro styles, the Virgil Abloh's iconic take on Nike's footwear icons has recently emerged in a tri-color-blocking that’s also appeared on the iconic Air Force 1.
Although “Psychic Blue” steals the spotlight on the forthcoming styles, “White” and “Football Grey” appear across the forefoot and mid-foot, covering the model’s signature “A” and “I” lettering on the profiles along the way. Swooshes and eyelets throughout the upper also indulge in the titular tone; visible Air Max units underfoot follow suit. Outsoles predominantly maintain an understated arrangement, but swoosh branding works in-tandem with the heel area to transport the “Psychic Blue” flair from the upper down below.
