Undoubtedly one of the most anticipated women’s exclusives of the year, the zapatillas de Jordan “Shimmer” is due to land in just a couple more weeks. But before then, enjoy a close-up look courtesy of official embroidered.
Though some may liken it to the Off-White 4s from 2020, the colorway actually draws from make-up — specifically, the neutral shades prolific throughout today’s palettes. Burnished leathers and nubuck give the construction a premium feel, one whose natural shade will develop a dark patina over time. Slightly transparent TPU wings aid rather than obstruct the look, while simultaneously complementing the netting that dresses the mid-panel and vamp. All, then, culminates with the tongue’s Jumpman branding whose electroplating references the mirrors attached to the aforementioned cosmetic.
