The Nike Dunk Low‘s strongest releases are often its simplest, which is why the “Panda” has become so popular in recent years. And while it may not be quite as versatile as said black and white pair, this orange suede option surely belongs in the same class.
Somewhere between Summer and Fall aesthetically, the colorway first shines a spotlight on brighter hues. Orange suedes wrap much of the exterior, matching that of the nylon tongue adjacent. Burgundy hits, which feature a subtly cracked leather, steal some of the spotlight adjacent, as they mark the Swoosh, heel tab, laces, and adjacent deshabille.
Additionally, the shoe’s sole unit seems to be part-recycled, evidenced by the almost non-visible speckling that’s reminiscent of previously-released “Next Nature” make-ups. There is, however, no appearance of the Circular Design logo, suggesting Nike is quietly incorporating sustainable materials across a wider range of product.
