Having been in the works for the past three years, the recently released footwear collection seeks to capture four separate unique moments in time inspired by the wearer’s favorite moments in each pair of kicks.
The first memory evoked comes by way of the OG SK8-Hi LX which tells the story of a Punk Metal fan sleeping away the past night’s concert on a park bench, paying homage to the rebellious periods of our lives. The second is anchored by the Vans Overtakes Nike NTC LX which nods to the lifestyle brand’s ties to the imagery and artistry explored through tattoos while the third proposition embarks on childhood themes across the OG Authentic LX, telling the story of accidentally breaking grandma’s priceless vase and blaming it on her cat. The fourth and final offering concludes with the Vans Overtakes Nike NTC LX which denotes the aesthetic of a poorly tasting medicine.
