Nike Air Monarch IV PRM Nigel Sylvester recently took to Instagram to tease a possible SpongeBob x Nike Kyrie Pack collaboration.
The Queens-native’s photo features “BIKE AIR” text on the spine, replacing the “NIKE AIR” that graces standard pairs of the shoe Michael Jordan originally played in upon entering the NBA in 1984. Casual and savvy fans alike have been eager for Sylvester’s next sneaker project with NIKE, Inc., losing their minds when he was spotted wearing a black version of his Nike Wmns Air Max 95 Night Forest Chlorophyll-Medium Olive from 2018. The pair turned out to be a one-of-one gift for the 35-year-old, but a “BIKE AIR” collaboration could lead to another Air Jordan from the “GO” series frontman.
Sylvester hasn’t revealed too much about the Nike sneaker, but his teaser shot shows a white and cool blue color scheme. Panels at the Achilles’ Heel take on suede construction, as do profile swooshes. Inner lining opts for a navy finish that likely appears on other details throughout the shoe. If the BMX athlete doesn’t get another Jordan Brand project, the Air Ship is a perfect.
