Over the years, both institutions have teamed up on special projects that’ve brought communities together. For their latest linkup, the longtime partners have reworked the New Balance × Whiz Limited × Mrt580 Black F W 13 through the lens of Virginia. Teased on Instagram, the silhouette takes its color palette from the iconic “Virginia Is For Lovers” slogan. A predominantly white build is seemingly offset by black and red contrast. Sole units maintain their v1-Schuhe build, while uppers are a love letter to the “V” in “DMV.”
