A somewhat sleeker, more contemporary update to the 32-year-old icon, the nike red Huarache Runner boasts a completely reworked upper. In addition to subbing out neoprene for mesh, the fixture’s every detail — such as the heel clip as well as the leather and suede paneling — have undergone near melon redesigns. The general shape of the shoe as well as its sole unit, however, are unmistakably borrowed from the original.
