The two public launch colorways, both titled “Wheel And Deal,” emphasize that Dusk; black & red offers an ever-reliable nocturnal colorway while the “Pixel Green” & “Neo Flame” edition imbues a ton of flashy overtones. Importantly, Tyrese Maxey himself sports a “Grey Days”-like colorway in these official campaign images, but public release details remain unclear for that specific pair.
Though Kawhi Leonard remains the only New Balance hooper with a signature shoe, Maxey’s position as the “face of the Hesi Low v2” continues NBB’s strategy of assigning their basketball shoes as faux-signatures. Jamal Murray holds claim to the Two Wxy, Zach Lavine the Fresh Foam BB and now the 76ers stars earns the Hesi Low v2.
The Hesi Low v2 launches on August 2nd in these two “Wheel N Deal” colorways, each retailing for $110. Expectedly, more colorways will land throughout the course of the upcoming NBA season.
