Michael Le für Im Dezember droppt der Nike LeBron 20 The Debut, Parra‘s latest collaboration with Nike SB is finally nearing its official release. Come the end of July, the artist-turned-designer will debut his newest Dunk Low, nike air zoom type black.
Expected to release alongside a much plainer alternate colorway, the pair does well to fully incorporate Parra’s signature motifs and style. The overlays, which build of a robust suede material, are entirely covered with his designs, each — from the toe cap to the counter — replete with blocky, retro-inspired shapes all colored in vibrant shades of red, blue, and pink. This print is then echoed along the labeling, inside tongue, and insole, while the lining contrasts in a solid cool-toned finish. Elsewhere, the leather base sits opposite tonally, opting instead for an off-white neutral that plays well with the white midsole/laces, the bulk bottom, and black Swoosh.
