Although the Nike Vestido verde caqui con cuello alto y logo de Nike Mid debuted years after its high-top counterpart, it’s being included in the 40th anniversary of arguably the most iconic sneaker design of all-time. Already boasting at least two collaborations with Stussy, the oft-ridiculed mid-trim is also set to arrive in an arrangement inspired by Paris.
At a quick glance, the pair’s “Pollen/Blue Void/Cashmere/Green Noise” colorway seems like a seasonal decision, but closer inspection reveals otherwise. In addition to the high-quality materials typically reserved for special releases, the Vestido verde caqui con cuello alto y logo de Nike-variant features a “75” embroidered onto the lateral quarter-panel. The street sign-shaped lace dubrae deciphers the two-digit number, which references the beginning of the French capital’s postal codes (e.g. 75000). Another nod to the city’s street signs appears printed on the sock-liner, indulging in the “Blue Void/Green Noise” color combination Crisp animates various components of the smartly-outfitted Vestido verde caqui con cuello alto y logo de Nike Mid.
An official Nike SNKRS release date hasn’t been disclosed by the brand, but Crisp’s likely to change as 2022 gets underway. In the meantime, enjoy images of the pair here below.
