Not unlike the XC-72 and 327 in ethos, the RC30 effectively reimagines the sleek, performance style of vintage running shoes. The silhouette even borrows elements from the New Balance Trackster, adding a subtle yet dynamic curve to the vintage classic’s signature ripple sole. Above, suede and nylon construct a near perfect match for said bottom, as the upper is similarly contemporary without compromising the design’s retro charm.
Presented by Donald Glover, the RC30 is set to arrive in two colorways: “Golden Hour” and “Sea Salt.” At a retail of $120 USD, the shoes will first be made available through marketbygilga.com New Balance Niños FuelCell 990v6 in Gris newbalance.com and select retailers will follow on July 18th.
