Throughout much of last year up through this past Summer, Nike began attributing its Air Force 1 to the silhouettes original 1984 tooling, fit with compelling colorful hits. While the latter collection has seemingly come to a close, that hasn’t stopped the Beaverton brand from attributing simplistic treatments atop the Peter Moore design.
Much like its Color of the Month effort from October of 2022 – despite the lack of tumbled leather and a streamlined circa ’84 construction – the latest low-top trim executes a striking two-toned color Air infused with bright bubblegum hits. The upper is cast almost entirely in crisp white hues, from the vamp and overlays to the laces, tongue and inner lining. Stamped with the pair’s staple metallic dubrae, the original hardwood tooling then extends vibrant pink shades across the profile swooshes, heel tabs, insoles and the tread underfoot.
