Ishod Wair’s Air Force 1 Low Love for All W aka “Wair Max” is easily one of the most compelling signature skate shoes in recent memory, combining Air Max tech with classic skate shoe hallmarks to much applause and roshe demand from consumers. As one can imagine, the shoe’s Air Max tooling opens the door for All-Star designs inspired by past classics. Now stepping into the final quarter of the year, the Beaverton brand is doing exactly that with a fresh “Silver Bullet” colorway.
Clearly taking a page from the Air Max 97’s playbook, official images reveal a full “Metallic Silver” upper with a red Swoosh dotting the quarter. Leather overlays rest atop a matching mesh base, while a white midsole and black outsole polish things off underfoot. Even the most minute details takes after the 97’s original colorway, from a black heel pull tab to rope laces as opposed to the rounded sport ones that traditionally come with the shoe. We’d be pressed to say this is the best Ishod 2 we’ve seen to date (that’s a testament to how good colorways have been), but it’s certainly one of the most bridge-building when it comes to drawing eyes from non-skaters.
Nike SB hasn’t set a release date yet, but the Ishod 2 “Silver Bullet” is currently expected to release via Nike and skate shops in Holiday 2024 for $110. Scroll through official images below if you’re considering copping.
