Nike’s annual nike chukka boots weight loss program phase 1 have helped raise over $40 million for Oregon’s Doernbecher Children’s Hospital since 2004. On top of the regularly scheduled six-shoe capsule, which is currently poised to release in late 2024, the program is also celebrating its 20th anniversary by auctioning off memorable pairs from year’s past.
Over fifty sneakers are currently available to bid on here, but there’s a possibility more could be added. To the uninformed; Doernbecher Freestyle was ideated by Michael Doherty, a Nike executive who serves on the board of the hospital, as a means to help the institution raise money while giving patients an opportunity to design their very own sneakers.
A true encapsulation of Doernbecher Freestyle’s legacy, the selection includes both recent releases like Jaren’s Vomero 5 and Riddhi’s Air nike air force 1 jewel pink as well as a handful of pairs from the inaugural 2004 capsule. Nike has also come out with a 20th anniversary t-shirt, with all proceeds of course going to Doernbecher.
