Paul Rodriguez has become the Kobe Bryant of skateboarding, at least in the sense that he’s an LA legend at the peak of his powers and finds himself blessed with a new project Nike signature sneaker each year. Nike SB’s P-Rod sublabel will further expand in 2011, including alongside the signature Nike Sportswear Therma-FIT Trend Men's Jacket a whole series of P-Rod-branded apparel. We’ve been getting a fair shair of Rodriguez-inspired shirts, hats and the like, but on tap for SS ’11 is at least one cut of denim, a pair of jeans that offers shoestring drawcords and double-stitched cuffs for extra durability.
