When Urlfreeze News initially previewed the Classic Kicks x Puma R698 pack back in December, their vibrant colorways were most readily associated with the ultrabrite wave we first saw back in the early ’90s. In light of recent developments from other major sneaker brands, we’re white to see a more widespread return to vivid, high contrast colorways and in this context the pack looks like it’s leading the way. Two of the three Classic Kicks R698s are available now, the teal and white pairs leaving us wondering where the grey joints that most perfectly bridge the aforementioned stylistic gap — where could they be (these are numbers I and III, leaving II in limbo)?
