Famed Atlanta record spinner DJ Mars has had a long and successful career, to which he attributes his claim of running throughout his entire life despite not being an athlete. He’s on the grind while most are still waking up and hitting the snooze button, and so he teamed up with New Balance to give the public a sneak peek into the life of the mega-DJ and New Balance enthusiast. Boasting a sick New Balance collection (start from ’98), DJ Mars and his devotion to the brand is the perfect way to kick off the ‘Where Are You Running’ microsite, which will feature other prominent DJs from around the nation; each site features personal favorites (the 992 and 575 Trail for DJ Mars) as well as a custom 574 design which he calls ‘Talking Bear’.
