Nike Shadow Pack 2022 23 39 – Liberty Blue – Marine – Yellow Ochre

Nike SB’s goal in creating the V-Rod was to combine the aesthetics of Paul Rodriguez’ signature line with the long running tradition of vulc-soled plimsolls in the skateboarding world.  Needless to say, the blend was a great success, and now the Nike Shadow Pack 2022 23 39 has become one of Swoosh Skateboarding’s standby models for 2011.  This latest edition is cast in a colorway Paul himself might have seen at the Rose Bowl a mere half-hour from his hometown of Tarzana, CA, where the Michigan Wolverines would have worn something similar at the end of their best seasons.  The best part about this Liberty Blue shade of navy, though, is that it’s sufficiently neutral so as to avoid a clear ‘homer’ look, so you’ll be able to pair these with a variety of clothing options when you pick them up from a Nike SB shop like Flatspot.
