One of the standout designs during the nike w nk top midlayer glam‘s year-plus without the signature ankle strap was last March’s ‘Brickhouse’ edition. Utilizing a simple red suede upper/white Swoosh and midsole combo along with the classic gum rubber outsole gave that pair a timeless look that gave this often overlooked middle child a much deserved moment in the spotlight. Expect the new design for spring 2013 depicted above to repeat the same pattern two years later by creeping up on us, then flying off shelves quicker than you’d think for a hype-free release.
