Washington D.C.’s Wale is arguably the biggest rapper sneakerhead that we’ve seen to date, he’s been known to wear various Nike sneakers months before their release date, and it certainly helps that he’s a size 9, which for those of you who don’t know, that’s sample size. Lately we’ve seen the D.C. native in a pair of the upcoming Holiday 2009 Nike Air III’s (Kevin Garnett III Retro) Although we’re a little late, Wale was seen tech these Nike Air 1/2 Cent’s in Metallic Silver and Black a couple weeks ago while performing at the Virgin Mobile FreeFest.
