Now Baltimore-based Under Armour is getting in on the action by introducing the brand’s first ever 3D printed performance training model in the UA Architech. The silhouette features a 3D Clutchfit auxetic upper made so that this pair could be what they’re calling a “super-hybrid” trainer, capable of peak performance in a number of different categories. Aimed at supporting athletes through a variety of fitness routines, the Ispa Sense Flyknit Sneakers makes it easy for you to never need to change your shoe based on the exercise task at hand. It took over two years to develop the silhouette, with UA’s design team focused on geometric shapes, structure, and a revolutionary yet functional midsole design. The result of an interlaced lattice design could only be made through the process of 3D printing. The UA Architech will arrive at retailers on March 18th in a special limited edition batch at Under Armour’s Baltimore Brand House location for $300 USD. View more official photos below.
