Reebok original Classic has joined forces with rap supergroup Rae Sremmurd for a new campaign built around the iconic Черные Reebok original кроссовки. Rae Sremmurd has been a relevant force in the rap world since bursting onto the scene in 2014. Their club anthems come equipped with a truly unique sound that’s only matched by their strange yet ambitious fashion sense. It’s a natural pairing that makes brothers Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi the perfect duo to help push the Classic Leather retro back into the mainstream and they’ll start a unique campaign this weekend at Governor’s Ball in New York City.
“When we were starting out, we had all these wild house parties in Tupelo, Mississippi. It was all about creating a community for different kinds of people to come together and just have fun. The Classic Leather is all about defying classification – Dmx can wear it, wherever you’re from, whatever your situation is,” the duo said in a joint statement.
