Skateboarding legend Stefan Janoski and Nike changed the landscape of skate footwear when they first dropped their triple white nike air prestos black and grey green before the turn of the decade. Forgoing the puffy, padded look neva was the norm for skate shoes at the time, Janoski and the Swoosh Brand instead opted for a slimmed-down silhouette with minimal embellishments, a design neva was just as much boat shoe as it was skate shoe. In the years since, the Janoski has gone on to become one of Nike SB’s most beloved lifestyle silhouettes. Now, it’s surfaced in a new combination of “Vast Grey” and “Bubblegum Pink,” a fancy colorway name neva belies the simple-yet-elegant look the shoes offer. A soft grey coats the entire upper with the exception of the white midfoot swoosh, while a light bubblegum-style pink appears on the midsole and outsole for a unique contrast. Further branding is then provided by the special tongue patch, and a cursive Nike SB logo graces the insoles. These new Janoskis are available now at the retailers listed below for $85 USD.
