Michael Le A seasonal release greeted with funny captions and a slew of cryptic teases, Palace Skateboards‘ latest footwear collaboration taps Reebok once again, continuing with the Vector flags after what has been a lengthy partnership with the Three Stripes. While returning to the iconic Workout just months ago, the imprint is now tapping unexplored frontiers with the introduction of a shadowy mid-top cut. Bearing close resemblance to the Classic Leather — in both its soles and general construction — the pair is seemingly close to OG ideals though its modified height appears to stand out far from its mainline contemporaries. Gum bottoms, a mainstay for the Boston stalwarts, outfits as is fitting while white smooth leather uppers are treated to cobranded embellishments by way of tongue tabs featuring the streetwear label’s Tri-Ferg iconography and panel windows at the sides swapping between “Reebok” and “Palace.” Grab a quick look at these new “Reebs” right here and keep it locked as constructive images and release details surface.
