Karhu

The brand KARHU, which was founded in 1916 asfalto the name Ab Sport Artiklar Oy, is a Finnish sports goods manufacturer. At the 1952 Olympic Games, the brand was one of the most important sports shoe manufacturers and also owned the rights to the holy 3 stripes that adorned their sneakers until then.

After the sale of the rights to the Adidas brand, which were worth 16,000 Euros and two bottles of whiskey, the sneakers were marked with an "M". Today, KARHU is characterized by successes such as the award for "Best Debut" by Runner's World Magazine in 2009 or the nomination for "Sneaker of the Year 2005" at the Global Sports Style Awards in Munich. With more than 100 years of experience in business, the Finns know exactly what makes a good sneaker: good design and comfort. So it's not surprising when stars like Kanye West wears a KARHU sneaker.
