The Santa Shuffle 5K Program

Cheap Urlfreeze Jordan Outlet Running Club Home The Santa Shuffle 5K Program will introduce you to running basics. There is no experience required to join this program and people with no running background are encouraged to join. The program starts with walking and builds slowly with run/walk intervals. Our comprehensive program will include education on proper running form, hydration, nutrition, and a supportive group. Our next The Santa Shuffle 5K Program will start August 24 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at Cheap Urlfreeze Jordan Outlet Mechanicsburg and Saturdays at 8 a.m. at City Island.
