Taking place in Tokyo, the upcoming Olympics in Japan are already being celebrated by Nike with this very special edition of the Flyknit Racer, featuring the modern classic silhouette in a hand-dyed indigo blue upper—utilizing a textile coloring technique dating back centuries in Japan. The shoe also features Japanese Nike branding on the tongue.

Also accompanied by a handbag, the Flyknit Racer was created as a promo item limited to only 100 pairs, and will unfortunately not release to the public.
