ENTRY IN-STORE:

The Prizes are available to win at the UrlfreezeShops London store at 80 Berwick Street, London, W1F 8TU. (the “Participating Stores”).

There will be multiple winners who may win:

• One (1) x 10% Discount Code for selected Nike products for use exclusively on the UrlfreezeShops website or UrlfreezeShops Launches app (subject to exclusions which can be found at: https://www.footpatrol.com/campaign/code-exclusions/?facet-campaign=code-exclusions) (the “Discount Code”); and/or
• One of 50 (fifty) UrlfreezeShops x Peak and Poke custom t-shirts (“UrlfreezeShops Merchandise”),

the “Prize(s)”

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colour of the UrlfreezeShops Merchandise). The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. UrlfreezeShops has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). UrlfreezeShops is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of UrlfreezeShops. UrlfreezeShops Participation is limited to one entry per person, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), UrlfreezeShops Playing the game on the in-store device.

Entrants can Attending the Participating Store during Participating Store opening hours by:

There will be multiple winners who may win:

• 1 (one) x 10% Discount Code for selected Nike products for use exclusively on the UrlfreezeShops website or UrlfreezeShops Launches app (subject to exclusions which can be found at: https://www.footpatrol.com/campaign/code-exclusions/?facet-campaign=code-exclusions) (the “Discount Code”);
• One of 50 (fifty) UrlfreezeShops x Peak and Poke custom merchandise (“UrlfreezeShops Merchandise”); and/or
• One of 5 (five) x £100 UrlfreezeShops e-gift cards,

Where the winner wins the UrlfreezeShops Merchandise, this shall be sent by UrlfreezeShops to the address provided by the winner via standard delivery on or around fourteen (14) days after the Prize has been won.

What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including but not exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

Who can enter?

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. Participants are required to have a mobile phone with internet access and have the FP App.

UrlfreezeShops reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to Attending the Participating Store during Participating Store opening hours. UrlfreezeShops reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to Attending the Participating Store during Participating Store opening hours.

Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or will be subject to the entrants consent.

Winners’ Responsibilities
