We, JD Sports Fashion plc t/a UrlfreezeShops (“UrlfreezeShops”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. ENTRY IN-STORE:

The Prizes are available to win at the UrlfreezeShops London store at 80 Berwick Street, London, W1F 8TU. (the “Participating Stores”).

There will be multiple winners who may win:

• One (1) x 10% Discount Code for selected Nike products for use exclusively on the UrlfreezeShops website or UrlfreezeShops Launches app (subject to exclusions which can be found at: https://www.footpatrol.com/campaign/code-exclusions/?facet-campaign=code-exclusions) (the “Discount Code”); and/or
• One of 50 (fifty) UrlfreezeShops x Peak and Poke custom t-shirts (“UrlfreezeShops Merchandise”),

the “Prize(s)”

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colour of the UrlfreezeShops Merchandise). The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. UrlfreezeShops has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility). UrlfreezeShops they have won a Prize or accept the prize via the UrlfreezeShops App, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of UrlfreezeShops. UrlfreezeShops shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Attending the Participating Store during Participating Store opening hours;
2. Playing the game on the in-store device,
   1. To win one (1) x 10% Discount Code, the winner must play the game and achieve at least 500 points.
   2. To win one (1) item of UrlfreezeShops Merchandise, the winner must find and collect the UrlfreezeShops gas mask token in the game.
   3. For the chance to win one (1) £100 UrlfreezeShops e-gift cards, the winner must place within the top 5 is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. Participants are required to have a mobile phone with internet access and have the FP App.

UrlfreezeShops reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. UrlfreezeShops reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. have a mobile phone with internet access and have the FP App enter the promotion.

How are winners selected?

10% Discount Code: The winner must submit their score to the leader board. Winners will be determined through successful completion of the game and submission of their score on the game leader board.

UrlfreezeShops Merchandise: The winners will be randomly selected via instant win mechanic in the game and are Attending the Participating Store during Participating Store opening hours.

£100 UrlfreezeShops Gift Card: The top five (5) players on the FP App game’s leader board on the closing date will win one (1) gift card each. For the avoidance of doubt, this Prize can only be won via the FP App entry route.

Store Opening Hours UrlfreezeShops is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize(s) within 7 days of receiving an email informing them that they have won a Prize or accept the prize via the UrlfreezeShops App. UrlfreezeShops Canvas and Skate winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Store (where applicable); (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and, if applicable, present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. UrlfreezeShops will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

UrlfreezeShops reserves the right to withdraw the Prize(s) (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
