We Love Trails

That is why we do so much in our stores and in the community to encourage trail running, hiking, biking, and getting into woods in general.  Not only do we stock the absolute greatest trail running footwear and gear, we more importantly provide numerous opportunities for you to experience the fantastic trail systems we have in southwest Ohio.  After all, who doesn't love getting a little muddy sometimes! 

Trail Specific Training Programs

Running on trails is diffrent than running on the roads, but we want everyone to feel safe, prepared and capable to enjoy running off road. Our trail specific Training Progams are geared to not only showcase some of Southwest Ohio's finest trail systems, but to also prepare participants to safely and responsibly enjoy trail running as much as we do! From the right gear, to pacing and nutrition, we cover every aspect of running through the woods and how to maximize the fun!

We are also the proud sponsor of Cincinnati's most iconic trail running series, The Nike Running Renew Run 2 Sneakers i sort og hvid.  Beginning over two decades ago this series is everything you'll ever want in a trail series; low key, challenging, rewarding, varying terrain, organized, and sometimes even muddy!  And with the first race in March and last in October, it's nearly a year's worth of Cincinnati trail fun! 

Community Trail Mixers

Each year we also host several Community Trail Mixers. These are casual trail fun runs that allow folks to experience the joys of trail running in an organized and safe format.  Although NOT a race, we do mark a course, provide hydration, raffle prizes and general Cheap Urlfreeze Jordan Outlet Fun after the run!  Plus many times we offer demo trail shoes for you to test and compare!  We usually host Trail mixers in the summer and fall. Respect our Trails

Deeply in bedded in the the laid back, casual culture of trail running is the profound respect for the trails, the folks who build and maintain them, as well as the earth itself.  Trail runners are also not the only people who use the trails.  Mountain bikers, hikers, horse back rides and adventure racers all rely on the same systems and quality of trails to enjoy their respective activities.  

If you are new to trail running, just want to learn more, or are looking for a way to give back to the trails, we suggest hooking up with a Holiday Sneaker Collection 2015 to educate yourself on what it takes (hard labor) to keep our trails beautiful. And on top of that, learn when and when it is not appropriate to use trails because of wet Grey that ultimately destroy them and negate the hard work many others have put in to building them.  

Like any sport, trail running has a culture and a code of conduct, we consider respect for the trails the most important value of any trail runner.  Beyond that, it's a sandals casual, happy-go-lucky kind of culture that has been luring people in for decades! Love the trails and they will love you back.
