Do I need an account to order?

No account is required to order from Allike. However, if you register with us, you can enjoy a number of benefits, such as

How long will my order take?

Delivery times vary depending on the country and shipping service provider.

We endeavor to ship all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Can I cancel my order?

Your order will be handed over to our logistics department immediately after successful payment. Cancellation is therefore generally not possible.

In rare cases, however, it may be possible to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service - preferably by telephone.

What size do I need?

The size and fit of a garment often varies from brand to brand and from model to model. To help you choose the right size, you can view the size chart and product measurements on each product page.

Can I return my order?

At Allike, we understand that shopping online sometimes means having to return or exchange something. That's why we try to make it as easy as possible for you and offer a 30-day return policy.

Why is my consignment number not working?

Sometimes it takes UPS or DHL up to 24 hours to show status changes in the tracking. If we have sent you a tracking number or you have found it in your account and it still does not show any results after 24 hours, please contact us here.

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one here. Alternatively, click on "Forgotten?" on the login page and request a new password.

Can you delete my data?

Your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, you can contact us so that we delete your personal data that we have collected in accordance with the GDPR.

Please note that in some cases we may not be able to delete the data, e.g. if we are contractually obliged to keep it.
