Solebox Sneaker Releases
For the World and Beyond
Brothers Hikmet and Sükret Sugoer founded Solebox in 2002, and the German boutique soon became one of the leading sneaker retailers ever. The brand started with independent collaborations with companies. However, until 2013 they got to work with some of the biggest footwear brands in the world, like New Balance, adidas, Saucony, etc. The company specialises in giving runners a new look of retro styling.
Solebox is headquartered in Germany and has a collection for the world and beyond. The one fantastic quality of Solebox is its outlets. They are not generic, boring shops; instead, they offer a 360-degree design concept that enhances the shopping experience.
Solebox x adidas
Both companies are based in Germany and naturally come together and create meaningful shoes. The country’s biggest sportswear brand has worked to produce the Rod Laver with some of the best cushion and guidance collabs.
Solebox also became the face of the Boost revolution; the UltraBoost Uncaged became the highest-ever grossing between the two shoe giants. The brands bring some of the sickest shoes on the market annually.
Solebox x adidas Equipment
As part of the “Life Needs Equipment,” the shoe returned after 30 years. With the help of Solebox, adidas has rebranded the vintage shoe into something of today’s taste. The shoe takes inspiration from Grand Prix Racing.
It has translucent materials in the upper part with bright colours like yellow and calm colours of beige and white. As for the middle panel, it also comes with fine material with a zigzag pattern. The branding of the collab is stitched on the heel. Whereas the name “Equipment” is written on the right heel.
Yung-1
The falcon-inspired shoe comes to life as the German footwear giants unite again. It has mixtures of the colour of light tans, such as brown and grey, throughout its body. The addition of subtle green and light orange gives the shoes more character.
Moreover, the suede overlays connect the canvas with the white midsole. The white base colour helps toning down the overall look of the shoe. It has 3M reflective hits, and a trefoil logo dipped in green.
Consortium Ultra Boost Uncaged
Solebox has given a new meaning to the Ultraboost and has helped the trend gain new heights. The Consortium has a grey Primeknit upper with accents of red or orange on the outsole. Moreover, the colours can be seen on the lace aglets as well. Small details like these make the shoe outshine its competition.
As for the branding, solebox’s logo can be seen on the tongue and heel. Whereas adidas has stayed minimal by etching its symbol on the insole and tongue. Lastly, the suede materials on the heel make the shoe feel premium.
